Tasting attributes: clear, emerald green colour, scents of freshly cut grass and lime peel, tomato leaf and thistle, alternated with artichoke, sage, mint and bitter almond skin, well-structured palate, balancing quite fine and fragrant long-lasting bitter and spicy notes.
